Pietra Piasentina Grigio is one of 5 distinctive shades which characterise the IN-SIDE series. Thanks to cutting-edge technological expertise, this series breaks with ceramic surface convention to create body and surface continuity. Faithfully reproducing the sedimentary rock which inspires it, Pietra Piasentina Grigio enhances the aesthetic appeal of the spaces it furnishes, lending them great character, solidity and prestige. This is in addition to the tactile effect of natural stone which, like diamonds in the rough, comes into its own when expertly processed, resulting in architectural slabs suitable for major furnishing projects. This product naturally lends itself to use as kitchen countertops, cladding for unit doors and drawers, bathroom furniture, doors, stairs and other items of décor. Pietra Piasentina Grigio offers two finishes to choose from: Natural and Fiammato, the latter indicating the type of craftsmanship carried out. There are two large sizes available: as well as the 1200×3000 mm size, this shade is also available in size 1620×3240 mm. The available thicknesses include Laminam 5/5+, Laminam 12+ and Laminam 20+, demonstrating Laminam’s trademark structural, as well as aesthetic, variety.
Technical details
The main characteristic of IN-SIDE surfaces is their body and surface continuity, both as material and look. The slabs are resistant to impact, stains and scratches. The versatility of ceramic means the surfaces retain their specifications even when they are exposed to heat, frost and UV rays, with an average water absorption of 0.1%. IN-SIDE is a totally natural product that is entirely food-safe because it does not release elements in a solution (even in the event of a fire) and does not allow mould and mildew to form.
