Neolith

Neolith, Porcelain Slabs, Classtone Collection, Calatorao

Calatorao is a grey limestone that has been extracted from the quarries of Calatorao (Zaragoza, Spain) for more than 2,000 years. It’s an ancient stone with an important history because it was used throughout the Iberian Peninsula for many monuments, churches, monasteries, palaces, sculptures, columns and baldaquins.

NEOLITH has been able to capture the shiny golden veins and intense dark grey color so typical of this famous stone for its porcelain products. It’s the favorite of renowned Spanish sculptor Juan de Ávalos, who used it throughout his distinguished career.

Neolith Calatorao is available in the Silk finish and in 6, 12 and 20 mm thicknesses as well as in 3,200 x 1,600 mm and 3,200 x 1,500 mm formats. Given its timeless beauty, this model is ideal for countertops and tables (in the 12 mm thickness) as well as for wall paneling, flooring and fireplaces (in 6 mm). It adds a touch of distinction to any commercial or residential area where it is applied.
